How to order and what to expect

1. Selection

Select from our collection of freshly cut flowers and professional floral supplies, or choose a designer consultation and be thoughtfully guided by our experts.

2. Advance ordering

To ensure availability and the highest quality selection, we kindly request two weeks’ advance notice for all orders. For orders placed beyond this window, please contact us directly—additional charges may apply depending on market conditions.

3. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday afternoons. We will always make every effort to honor your preferred date and will personally contact you should any changes be required.

4. Market Availability

All flowers are subject to seasonal and market availability. Should a specific variety be unavailable, we will contact you before making a thoughtful substitution of equal beauty and quality.

5. Please Note

Vases are not included. Flowers will be delivered in boxes, with their natural foliage and thorns intact, ready for preparation and design.

6. Flower Care

To ensure optimal beauty and longevity, flowers should be hydrated for at least 12 hours before designing. We suggest scheduling delivery up to three days prior to your event, allowing time for proper preparation and effortless execution.

7. Transporation & Quality

We take great care to ensure the highest quality; however, due to the nature of fresh flowers and their journey from the farms, a small number of blooms may arrive compromised. To request credit, please provide photographs of the affected stems prior to processing, along with a count and an image of the original packaging and box lables, within 24 hours of receipt.
