How to order and what to expect

1. Your choice or ours

You can hand-pick your favorite freshly cut flowers, or opt for Designer's Choice and let our experts select the day's freshest blooms for you.

2. Advance ordering

To guarantee your delivery, we require one week's advance notice for all orders.

3. Delivery Schedule

We deliver Tuesday through Friday. We'll always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date and will contact you promptly if any issues arise.

4. Market Availability

Flowers are subject to market availability. If a specific flower you've chosen is unavailable, we'll substitute it with a comparable replacement of equal beauty and quality.

5. Please Note

Vases are not included with your order.

6. Flower Care

For the best results, your flowers will need to be hydrated for at least 12 hours before use.

7. Transporation & Quality

While we ensure the highest quality before shipping, please understand that a very small number of blooms may be unusable due to the journey from the farms.
